Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use this website or the Cadlo app at app.cadlo.co (together, "Cadlo"). By joining the waitlist or creating an account, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Cadlo.
Your account
You can create an account by signing in with Google. You're responsible for activity on your account, so keep your Google account secure and tell us at mail@cadlo.co if you think someone else has used it. The information you give us must be accurate, and you must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live.
Acceptable use
When using Cadlo, you agree not to:
- break the law or infringe anyone else's rights
- try to access accounts, data or systems that aren't yours, or get around our security measures
- disrupt or overload Cadlo, or access it with bots or scrapers without our permission
- use Cadlo to send spam or harmful content
Your content
You keep ownership of anything you add to Cadlo. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to run Cadlo for you.
Early access
Cadlo is in early development. Features may change, break or be removed, and it may be unavailable at times. We provide Cadlo "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Cadlo isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, profits or revenue, arising from your use of Cadlo. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Ending your use
You can stop using Cadlo and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Changes
We may update these terms as Cadlo develops. We'll update the date at the top of this page, and tell account holders by email about significant changes. Continuing to use Cadlo after a change means you accept the new terms.
